I selected Alpha Roofing Company to replace my roof in March 2021, and they were able to schedule the work for August (busy time, and they were in high demand). Mario, the foreman, came out to look at the project and was courteous and efficient. The job was relatively simple (the house is small), but there was a minor complication due to an overhanging patio cover that would block access to the roof. No matter, Mario said -- they'd be able to do the job. Other contractors had made a bigger deal out of this factor, and their bid was higher than Alpha's as a result. Whenever I had a question about the upcoming project, I dealt with Johanna by email, and she was always prompt in answering my questions. In August the crew arrived early on Monday morning, did the roof removal on the first day, and then laid plywood and insulation on the second day. They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves every day, and were careful. By Thursday the job was done and the city inspector had signed off on it. They had worked around the patio cover without damaging it (a delicate task, for sure), and the final result looked really good. Mario and his crew were especially conscientious about minimizing damage to the ceiling inside my great room, which was uninsulated at the time and was relatively unprotected from all the work going on inches above it. All in all, they did a really good job and I am glad I chose them.

After the recent rains I started getting some small leaks in my roof even though the roof is only 4 years old. I contacted Alpha roofing and another company to get some estimates on roof repair and Alpha Roofing responded much more quickly to questions. Mario came to do the estimates on a rainy day and even climbed up on the roof in between downpours. The estimates from the two companies were very similar so I went with Alpha because they are much more responsive. Mario said they would be able to do the work within 2 weeks, but I got a call that they had an opening 5 days after the estimate. It took about 2.5 hours for them to do the repairs and replace many broken tiles that the original builder just left on the roof. They cleaned up everything and let me know all roof repairs have a 2 year warranty on the work It rained the day after and so far no leaks! I appreciate the profesionalism and the quick responses from Alpha roofing company. Time will tell if the repair fixed the leaks, but it seems like they did very good work. I would definitely consider using Alpha Roofing when it comes time to replace the roof, which with the terrible quality of the original builders may be sooner rather than later.

This is hands down the most professional, hardest working construction company I have ever worked with. Not only were they prompt and diligent, they were so courteous and made something as stressful as a roof installation a breeze. We received constant communication about our roof and felt like we were making educated decisions while selecting our tiles. Mario came out to give us an estimate on a repair to our roof and after discussing the damage, we made the decision that a full tile roof replacement was the better option. We did wait a few months for install, but because we had a current leak, they sent a crew out completely free of charge to tarp the area while we waited for our scheduled date (which held the entire time!) The crew themselves started promptly every morning and checked in on the progress of the roof in the afternoons and cleaned up every day. We have not found a single nail or piece of debris from their work. They also always wore masks, which just shows their level of professionalism during these times. Our roof looks amazing now and I have the peace of mind knowing it was done correctly. I would say it would be a mistake to go anywhere else but Alpha Roofing, I cannot recommend them enough.

Had a great experience we had a leak on a roof I had four estimates come in one day Mario who is the owner was by far the best he took the time look at the roof, show pictures and explain to me how it was going to get it fixed and gave me the estimate on site, The other estimators was not able give me cost of the work that was to be done at the time of the appointment when I asked , alpha roofing was price right for the job, once I signed the papers, he had offered to come back to place a tarp because the rain was coming before the repair , to my surprise His crew was able to come and I fix the problem one day after I signed estimate, amazing ! I already have referred his name out to my sister-in-law for work on her roof , I don’t give out much reviews but I was so happy and thankful to Mario and Alpha Roofing, I wanted to make sure that he Gets recognized with a positive review, if you’re going to be looking for a roofer please reach out and give Alpha Roofing the opportunity, I highly, highly, highly recommend, oh by the way with the fix, no water has leaked and it’s been raining. We needed a new roof this year and shopped around and got a bunch of different quotes. We eventually decided on Alpha Roofing due to their great reviews online, Mario's professionalism, and their licensed status. Their price was competitive as well. Unfortunately, our installation was delayed because our solar company was terrible at getting our panels removed and we missed our initial installation window (no fault of Alpha). However, despite the inconvenience to both Alpha and us by this delay, Johana told us it was no problem and they would wait to hear from us so we could reschedule. Alpha was very accommodating and flexible with our delay and we eventually got our solar sorted and Mario and his team came out and replaced our roof very quickly. Mario also repaired one small section he found damaged and also made a requested alteration to our roof to make it easier to back our RV into our driveway without hitting a corner. I would recommend Mario and Alpha to anyone looking for roof work. Johana was always very responsive and replied to my emails or called me back the same business day. Great service!

This is the second time we have used Alpha Roofing. The first time was a few years ago, to re-roof our guest house. There were a few minor issues but the roofing work was fine, so we went with Mario and his crew to re-roof our entire main house this year, as their bid continued to be competitive. There were no issues at all this time and the work was excellent - our contractor, working on repairs to the outside of the house, agreed. The whole crew was hard-working. Those who interacted with us, Mario and his two sons Michael and Jacob, and also Jonathan were courteous and highly communicative. There were no delays and cleanup was thorough. We had low profile O'hagin vents installed for attic ventilation, the Fire and Ice version as we are in a high wildfire risk location, these are small so there are many of them but they blend nicely as shown in the pic. The work also came with a 50-Year warranty from GAF, and a 10-year labor warranty from Alpha roofing, both transferable to the next owneras Alpha roofing is a GAF certified installer.

I highly recommend Alpha Roofing Company. My husband and I were in escrow on a house and needed a last minute roof inspection before the inspection deadline. I called Alpha Roofing and Jakob was able to get the job done the next day, and even send off the report to the realtors!! We got the inspection and report in before the deadline. We ended up hiring them through escrow, and the workers who did the patch job were very friendly and introduced themselves. I was so grateful Alpha Roofing said yes to the job because they had to get paid through escrow-which happens after closing and can be complicated/delayed. Jakob followed up a few weeks later over the phone to see how things went. Because of their professionalism, punctuality, attention to detail, and personal approach, I highly recommend this company. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Alpha Roofing Company again for any future roofing needs.

We just bought our new house this year which was perfect, but needed a brand new roof since our was too old and too damaged to repair. I looked at different companies and got different quotes but wasn’t too convinced with not only their prices but also with their customer service. When I called Alpha roofing I was immediately impressed with their customer service and fast response as well as their capability to answer any questions we had. This is our first home so we actually didn’t have much experience on what needed to be done but they were able to explain everything to us and made us feel completely comfortable with the whole process! Mario and his crew were extremely professional and ready to work on time every single day, they actually ended up finishing faster than the estimated time! If you need any roof work done I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Excellent!! We called three companies. The other two came 2-3 days before Mario to bid and were going to provide quotes and schedule us. Guess what, as of today 12/6 the other two still haven't bid or called back. Mario came on time to bid 11/27, inspected the issues, took pics of the attic leak and provided an estimate on the spot and 2 year warranty if we did the work . He called on Sunday 11/1 get us in Monday 11/2. He arrived on time Monday with a professional crew and clean trucks and got it done in a couple hours. Left everything clean. Took pics of the damage and the repairs. Perfect service. What more can one hope for? The price was reasonable. Bottom line, he does what he says he will do, which is priceless these days. A+ highly recommend. Call Mario and don't waste time for other who don't follow through. Just my 2 cents

I used Alpha Roofing Company back around 2020/2021 give or take. Went to clean off branches from the roof and remembered I never left a review and now is probably the best time frame to leave it. After several rains now and tons of high winds that we have in the Inland Empire I have had no issues and my home is north facing the the winds go right at the shingles. Our old roof was leaking which is why we made the call the staff was very kind and Mario the owner took the time out of his day to come and assess and give us an estimate since his estimators had a full day. The demo was fast and smooth and the intall just the same. The price I felt was fair at the time for a 30 year. but now I feel I got a great deal since it still looks brand new after almost 5 years now. Any one I know looking for a new roof I always refer them.

Alpha Roofing is a very professional roofing company. Prices are reasonable, attention to detail is unsurpassed, and they keep you informed of all aspects of the work being done and what will take place, including building permits, inspections etc. Mario and his crew arrived on time, were very polite , did the work, cleaned up after they finished each day and were very positive people. The finished product was better then I anticipated and my wife and I are very satisfied with the quality of work and craftsmanship. When I initially was given a quote I was told it would be 4 weeks before they could start on my roof due to high demand for their service. But believe me the wait was well worth it. This is my third time calling and using Alpha Roofing. Other times was for a roof inspection to close escrow and roof inspection on my rental property. I called Alpha Roofing for a roof leak this time, Mario provided a quote and recommended I replace tiles around my AC unit which was the trouble spot. I had them working on my roof with in 2 days. The crew was prompt, clean, wore masks and Jonathon was courteous and answered all my questions. It is going to rain today, so I appreciate the timeliness. Mario was extremely determined to figure out where my roof leak was coming from. I had another roofing company come out previously - they did extensive (and expensive) repairs but the ceiling would keep leaking whenever it would rain. Mario checked the roof and then insisted on checking my attic to see if there was something else going on. He took some pictures of a broken roof drainage pipe that I had no idea about! I am so thankful he found it after having no luck with the other roofing company, even after their “repairs.” Thank you, Mario, for all your efforts helping me figure out what needs to be done!!

In fact, he went above and beyond to insure the quality of our roof. Prior to the roof installation, we had our solar panels taken down. Once the roof was completed and inspected, the solar panels were re-installed. Very fair & competitive price. They completely took off our old roof and rebuilt a new roof with a fantastic warranty which is transferable if the house is sold. Elsie in the office was also very responsive. Roof was installed 4 months ago and held up well in a recent tropical storm. Alpha was booked far in advance, but was worth the wait. Mario and his team were great. Had multiple quotes and he made use feel the most comfortable to get the job done. Our prior roofers installed a roof that never stopped leaking. After Alpha finished their work, the quality already seems much better. Work was done within 1-2 days. I haven’t had rain again to confirm we are free from leaks, but from the quality I saw, I’m confident we can finally enjoy our garage!
